Courtney Daisey grew up in College Park, Georgia where her overactive imagination manifested itself on paper. She got her first computer when she was eleven and began typing stories that she’d conjured in her mind on it for fun. In high school she discovered poetry and one of her poems was published in an anthology she when was a senior. She majored in music education at the University of West Georgia where a creative writing class sparked her interest in becoming a novelist. She spent five years living in Fargo, North Dakota before moving back to her home state of Georgia where she married her high school sweetheart, Nick. The couple has two daughters, two dogs, three cats, and two fish. Courtney currently resides in Senoia, Georgia.
